Knit in public day 2013

I participated in the Worldwide Knit in Public Day (which was actually a week this year) last month. I knit on the streetcar and at dinner. It wasn't very adventurous, since I knit in public all the time, but it felt nice to do something at the same time as thousands of people around the world.

Even Wisconsin Representative Gwen Moore was knitting while her colleagues were lounging around (such a great photo)! Love it!

Next year, I think we need to have a "knit in" at a more public place - like a sports bar or city hall - so mark your calendars for the second Sunday in June.
