New Year's day activities

We stayed in today and organized/cleaned for the new year (just what we needed).

These poor pictures have been waiting to be hung for a long time and now they have a home.

We received a wonderful Christmas present from some dear friends and found a little sliver to hang it. I love it.

Then I replaced the knobs of the side table, even though it needs to be repainted . . . right now it is just shabby chic (because of its age).
